How to Measure

Use a flexible measuring tape and wear light clothing or swimwear. Stand relaxed with feet together.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest point of your torso, usually just above the navel.

Hips

Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Length (Pants)

Measure from the top of the waistband to the hem along the outside of the leg.

Tip: If you don't have a flexible tape measure, use a piece of string and then measure it flat against a ruler.
