At Avid Swim, most pieces are made to order to reduce waste and ensure exceptional quality.

• Order Processing: Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and enter production.

• Shipping & Delivery: Once your order has been produced, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your shipping destination and carrier.

• Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If an unexpected delay occurs, we'll keep you updated and, when appropriate, may offer a complimentary shipping upgrade.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Avid Swim is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
