Made to Order Items
Most Items are made to order and require a longer processing time and are shipped at a later date. *delayed due to covid*

If you order an item listed as "Made to Order - 'name of item'" this means that your order is being produced and will be shipped within the stated time range or specific date in the product description.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-Order is for pre-released or capsule collections. Pre-order gives you the opportunity to secure your items without the chance of nonavailability. Pre-orders usually take 10-14 days to arrive. If there is a longer processing time for your item you will be notified by email.
Dispatch notification
If you have not received a delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date,
please notify us by sending an email to info@Avidswim.com including your order number.
Item not delivered?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed.
Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be re-sent if a package cannot be traced.
We will not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges only. Our Items are Made to Order.
If there is a price difference involved with your exchange, A store credit will be issued via email. The store credit will never expire. Redeem your store credit online at checkout in the Coupon Code Section.
We will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on www.avidswim.com. All swimwear must be returned in it's original packaging, all tags must be attached and sanitary liner in place. Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not accept and will not process international returns.
All Clearance and Made to Order items, including items purchased using a promo code are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. No Exceptions.
A store credit will be issued for any uneven exchanges. If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll issue you a store credit. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the availability.
1) Exchanges are accepted for items of an any value. If the piece you wish to exchange is of a higher value the customer will be responsible for the difference, we will email or call you for the payment. If the price of the piece you wish to exchange is of lower value the remaining balance will be turned in to a store credit and CAN NOT be used towards shipping.
2) If there is nothing on our website that you wish to exchange your item for at this time, you may opt for a store credit. The store credit will not include the shipping cost. All return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
